How do we get the work to you?
It couldn’t be easier.If the recording has been done digitally then just download it to your PC or laptop and email it to us. If it’s a tape recording or on a CD please send it to us by courier or Recorded Delivery. Sound files can be uploaded and sent directly to us via Hightail – Do make sure you make a backup copy just in case it gets lost in the post.
How soon can you get the work back to us?
As soon as you need it. We can offer a next-day delivery service if required.
What about secretarial work?
First, give us a ring and we’ll discuss what you need, and get back to you with a proposal.
Do you outsource work abroad?
No, we do not outsource work abroad. All our PAs are UK-based and all have over 20 years’ experience and have worked for us on several major assignments.
What about confidentality?
We guarantee that we will not disclose any information to any other person and will send our terms and conditions, which include a confidentiality clause, along with our booking form. We are very happy to sign a client’s confidentiality agreement when requested.
What are the benefits of using your service?
There are so many! For example, there’s no need for you to employ staff, so there are no overheads, i.e. tax and national insurance, holiday pay, sick pay, etc. You’ve no staff to train, and no need to hire a temp.
